This project researched extension methods for better irrigation. Partners SOFT (Society of Facilitators and Trainers) ran farmer to farmer training to equip male and female farmers to go to other villages and facilitate irrigation workshops with others. Guidelines in English and Urdu support this ongoing “ripple effect”.
