The Mid-Term Review (MTR) is an important mile stone in the project implementation journey. It provides an important opportunity for the team to share challenges and achievements with the Research Program Manager. ACIAR projects operate in dynamic environments and the MTR is an opportunity to adjust the second half activities, if required.
