Aik Saath Gender Strategy

Embodied in the name “Aik Saath” (Together) is the goal of achieving more by working together. Rather than just a token acknowledgement or representation of women, this requires real commitment to “mainstream” the inclusion of women. These challenges are addressed in the Aik Saath Gender Strategy, developed with the project teams. This provides step by step guidelines to using Adaptive Learning to assess current status, gaps and activities to enhance gender inclusion.
